Adding A Gift Card And Message
Every gift hamper includes your selection of either a handwritten gift card message, audio message or video message.
If you choose a handwritten gift card note, please select your gift card choice on the checkout page, if this selection is missed we will send the "Thinking Of You"Card. Please note there is a 150 character limit.

Shipping
As we understand time is of the essence when purchasing one of our Gift Boxes. We aim to have all orders dispatched next day and all hampers include Free express post.
Please note however: We are unable however to guarantee how quickly the parcel will arrive as once it leaves our studio it’s up to auspost.
* Please be advised during peak periods and special occasion days our gift hampers can take up to 4 business days to be dispatched.
All our Gift Boxes are pre-packed and dispatched according to your original order, however if there is any changes required by you this may affect the dispatch time. When ordering our Gift Boxes you are giving Authority To Leave in a safe place if you are not home, if there is no safe place the delivery will be taken to the nearest Post Office and a collection card left for you.

What to do if your Gift Box hasn't arrived?
In the event that your Gift Box has not arrived within 3 working days after dispatch, we kindly ask that you email us at info@happinesshampers.com.au or phone 0467 601 897 so we can make an enquiry on your behalf and rectify any issues with Australia Post that may have occurred. Whilst we do our absolute best to ensure smooth delivery it is out of our hands but we will move mountains to assist all our customers. We can not provide a refund for parcels that take longer to arrive, however if after 10 business days a parcel is still missing we will resend a new gift.
*** If your hamper arrives damaged by transit please ensure you take ample photos showing all damage and email evidence to info@happinesshampers.com.au within 24 hours and present the gift box at your local post office for verification and insurance requirements.

Delivering To Hospitals & Facilities
You can request postage to a hospital or clinic and we will need the following information
Patient’s Name | Facility | Facility Address | Ward | Bed Number
Please note when choosing to deliver to a facility that the time could take a day or 2 longer waiting for their mail room, so please ensure your loved one won't be discharged prior to delivery and if you are unsure, we strongly suggest getting it delivered to the home address of a friend, relative to ensure a speedier and an easier delivery process for you.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.
