Where do you ship to?

We ship Australia wide

How long does shipping take?

All orders are dispatched with 24 - 48 hours and shipped Express Post which is included in the hamper price. Shipping is usually 1-4 days depending on metro or rural area.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is ready for dispatching you will receive your Australia Post Tracking Number via email and can be tracked using the below link. https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

Do you deliver to hospitals?

You can request postage to a hospital or clinic and we will need the following information

Patient’s Name | Facility | Facility Address | Ward | Bed Number

Please note when choosing to deliver to a facility that the time could take a day or 2 longer waiting for their mail room, so please ensure your loved one won't be discharged prior to delivery and if you are unsure, we strongly suggest getting it delivered to the home address of a friend, relative to ensure a speedier and an easier delivery process for you.

Returns

What if I'm not happy with my hamper?

We are sure you or your recipient is going to love what’s inside Happiness Hampers Gift Box, but if for some reason you’re not 100% satisfied, please contact us at info@happinesshampers.com.au and we will respond asap.

Please don’t forget to give us your your order number and name and delivery address of the gift box or gift hamper.

We offer 14 days for exchanges or returns or a 12 month gift voucher to use in our store if we receive the returned gift box in its original packaging. We do not refund original postage, all return and exchange postage costs are at the cost of the customer. We recommend obtaining the tracking details from Australia Post when you send your return back to us and provide that to us.

Exchange or refund is dependent on the re-sellable condition of the return. Please make sure it is safely packaged as we will be unable to exchange or refund due to damage during return transit.

Can I exchange for a different item?

General

What do I do if my hamper arrives damaged?

We take the utmost care in every hamper we dispatch but if your hamper arrives damaged, please take as many photos as possible and email us within 24 hours to info@happinesshampers.com.au with order number and name and we will send a replacement asap.

Thanksfully in over 4 years we have only had to replace one hamper.

How do I add a notecard message?

In the cart, prior to completing your order. If you miss it, that's ok please email us at info@happinesshampers and we will manually add your card message.

Can I add extra things and/or replace items in a hamper?

Most certainly. As our hampers have been curated specifically for an emotion and story we will curate a unique hamper for you at no additional charge.

What happens if I'm not home when the hamper arrives?

All our hampers include authority to leave, so if Australia Post delivery driver can find a safe place to leave the hamper it will be left there with a photo taken. If there is no safe place it will be taken to the nearest Australia Post Office and a collection card will be left.
