How do I place an order
Ordering with Happiness Hampers is simple and meaningful. Browse our curated collections and choose the hamper that fits your moment and add to cart. At the cart page, you’ll have the option to select a gift note card — and add your gift card message.

How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are lovingly packed and shipped the next business day. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email — and as soon as it’s been processed and handed over to Australia Post, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.
We know timing matters, especially for heartfelt moments, so we do our best to get your gift on its way quickly and safely.
Can I add a personal note/message to my card?
Absolutely — and we encourage it!
On the Cart page (before checkout), select to:

If you accidentally miss this step, don’t worry — just email us at info@happinesshampers.com.au with your message and order number and we’ll make sure it’s included.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free — and yes, we send all hampers via Express Post!
The price you see is the price you pay. No sneaky extras, no surprises at checkout. Just thoughtful gifting made easy.
How do I track my hamper deliver
Once your hamper has been packed and handed over to Australia Post, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey right to your recipient’s doorstep. Please use this auspost app to track
If you haven’t seen the email, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder — and if it’s still missing, just reach out to us at info@happinesshampers.com.au
What if my hamper arrives damaged?
Oh no — we’re so sorry to hear that! We take great care with every hamper, but once it leaves our hands, it’s in the care of Australia Post.
If your gift box arrives damaged, here’s what to do:
📸 Take clear photos of the damage (box, contents, packaging)
📍 Report the issue to your local Australia Post office
📝 Lodge a complaint directly with Australia Post
Once you’ve completed these steps, please email us at info@happinesshampers.com.au with your photos and your Australia Post case reference. We’ll do our best to support you through the next steps and ensure things are made right.
Will the gift hamper include an invoice or pricing?
Nope — never.
We believe in keeping the magic intact, so no invoices or pricing information are ever included inside our hampers. Whether you’re sending love, celebration, or comfort, the unboxing experience is all about the moment, not the money.
You’ll receive all order and payment details via the email provided, but your recipient will only see the beautiful, thoughtfully curated gift — just as it should be.
Can I send a hamper anonymously?
Yes, you absolutely can.
When you’re selecting your card note before adding your hamper to the cart, just type your message as usual and write “anonymous” at the end. That lets us know it’s intentional — not a forgotten name — and we’ll keep your identity secret.
The recipient will receive a beautiful card (or QR message) without any sender details.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
While we can’t guarantee an exact delivery date (we ship via Australia Post and are at the mercy of their timelines), we do our very best to get as close to your preferred date as possible.
