How much is postage?

At Happiness Hampers, we provide free express shipping on all gift boxes. The price displayed on the product, is the exact price you will pay. No surprise plus this and that when you reach the checkout.

Is a gift card included or additional cost?

Each gift box includes a gift card note for you to personally select during your ordering process. Our unique gift note collection is representative to life events your loved ones experience. The gift card collection is - Thinking Of You, Pop The Bubbles, It's Your Birthday, Wishing You Wellness, Thank You So Much, You're Awesome, Congrats To You.

Can I add a personal note card message?

Absolutely and we encourage our customers to include one to ensure we keep the gift as personalised as possible. The include your gift card message simply click on cart BEFORE checkout and add your personal message in the box provided. If you have missed it, or forgotten to add it, don't hesistate to reach out and email it to info@happinesshampers.com.au. We also phone customers who's orders don't display a personalised message.

How long do orders take to be dispatched?

We understand that time is of the essence when it comes to life events, so we try our best to have all orders dispatched within 48 hours, however in peak demand periods it can take up to 3-4 days. If there is a delay in dispatching orders you will be receive notification. 

Can I phone and place a custom order?

Absolutely, in fact we have had many customers outside of Australia phone to place orders for loved ones Australia wide.

What do i do if my order arrives damaged?

We value our customers very much and will make this right with you and for you. Please take as many photos as possible for evidence and email them to info@happinesshampers.com.au as we will need it for insurance. Attend your local post office with the gift box so they can verify. We will replace orders that have been damaged in transit.
