SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched same day, all orders after 2pm or on a weekend are shipped the next business day.
Once you have fully completed the order process and payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email, please check your spam inbox as it is sometimes goes there.
We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. All deliveries include express shipping which includes a tracking number which will be emailed and SMS once your order is ready for dispatch.
All our gift hampers and gift boxes include Express Post delivery ensuring they arrive in a timely manner for your loved one.
All deliveries include authority to leave, so if no one is home, Australia Post will leave the parcel in a safe place if they deem there is one. If they don't believe there is a safe place, they will leave a collection ticket or send an sms to pick up the gift hamper from their closest collection point.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
We value our customers very much and will make this right for you. Please take as many photos for evidence and email them to info@happinesshampers.com.au within 24 hours as we will need this for an insurance claim. Please attend your local post office with the gift hamper so they are aware and submit an online feedback to auspost. We will replace all orders/items that have been damaged in transit once we have received the evidence as per the above and process has been completed.
