    Please fill out our inquiry form! Share essential details such as the date, location, estimated number of gifts, and any specifics about your event’s aesthetic and branding.

  • Step Two - COMMUNICATION

    We’ll quickly provide all the details you need to determine if we’re the right match for your needs. If you'd like, we can also arrange a complimentary phone consultation to discuss further.

  • Step Three - DEPOSIT AND DESIGN CONSULTATION

    After deciding we’re the perfect fit, you’ll receive your agreement. Simply sign, return it with your deposit, and we'll send you our Gift Design Questionnaire. This will help you outline your ideas ahead of our design consultation, ensuring the gifts are customised perfectly to your vision.

  • Step Four - INITIAL DESIGN

    Using the insights from your Gift Design Questionnaire, we'll create an initial gift concept tailored to your vision and share it with you for review!

  • Step Five - DESIGN APPROVAL

    We'll work together on any revisions until the design is just right. Once you approve the final concept and complete the payment, you can sit back and relax while we bring your custom gifts to life!

  • Step Six - ASSEMBLY & DELIVERY

    We take care of everything—from gift assembly to coordinating shipping and delivery with your venue. All you have to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy the gifting process, stress-free!
