Not impressed - they forgot to deliver

The basket was fine but I asked for local delivery the next day (Friday) for my daughter who was really ill and a long way away from us. They didn’t get around to delivering it until the following Tuesday. I had gone out of my way to find a local company so it would be quick and personal but I was very disappointed

Good evening Christine. Firstly I am glad to read that there was nothing wrong with the hamper, we put every bit of love into every hamper that goes out so happy that we met our mission. I would like to apologise that hamper took longer than normal for local orders as unfortunately we had a system error that wasn’t separating the postal and local orders so it wasn’t picked up. I have just checked the order and there’s no delivery note asking for it to be delivered on the Friday, however overall as the business owner, I am disappointed we have not met your expectations and certainly not ours. I will be sending you via email a discount code to show that your opinion matters so you can get the experience we want all our customers to receive so please check your inbox in the morning. I hope your daughter is feeling better and once again my apologies. Marissa
