Pick Me Up Hamper. Package arrived 11 days after order placed with water damage to gift box. Insulated travel mug is very different to the insulated mug described and pictured. It is plastic and not insulated. No indication if BPA free. Overall disappointing experience.
Hi Patricia, I’m saddened to read this review before I had even been made aware that there was any damaged caused by auspost to the giftbox. I had been in contact with Larissa on Friday night at 8pm when she contacted me via email that the hamper had just been delivered. I replied that’s great, is there was any damage which I was told by Larissa that only the outer shipping box was a bit water damaged. I had been inconstant contact last week with Larissa in regards to the delivery of the hamper as I shipped it express post like all orders on the 29th of November under 24 hours after order was placed. I contacted auspost when Larissa contacted me at 6am to say it hadn’t been delivered and I lodged an enquiry immediately upon them opening at 8.30am which was Wednesday last week. I told Larissa if the hamper hadn’t arrived on Friday or I hadn’t seen any change to the tracking I would send her a new gift box.
2 hours after you wrote this review I have received photos from Larissa showing water damaged to items in the gift box. I phoned Larissa and referred her to the shipping tab which states what to do if your hamper arrived damaged. As Larissa said she can’t go to auspost with the evidence of water damage I am unfortunately unable to lodge a compensation claim with auspost. I did out of the goodness of my heart tell Larissa that I want her to get the unboxing experience Happiness Hampers gives and I’m sending her a new surprise gift box tomorrow and am emailing her the tracking details which she was really happy to hear. I understand your frustration in the shipping delays but sadly once it leaves our depot In under 24 hours with express shipping I have done all I can and it’s up to the couriers and auspost. I apologise that you haven’t had the gift giving experience you wanted for your daughter but I am doing everything I can to ensure it happens.

The notecard may be delivered either blank or personalised with a handwritten message of your choice (Limit 150 characters)
If you opt for the handwritten notecard, please specify your desired message IN THE "CART SECTION" PRIOR TO CHECKOUT.
As we understand time is of the essence when purchasing one of our Gift Boxes all orders placed prior to 1pm are dispatched same day and all hampers include Free express post. We are unable however to guarantee how quickly the parcel will arrive as once it leaves our studio it’s up to auspost. * Please be advised during peak periods and special occasion days our gift hampers can take up to 4 days to be dispatched.
All our Gift Boxes are pre-packed and dispatched according to your original order, however if there is any changes required by you this may affect the dispatch time. When ordering our Gift Boxes you are giving Authority To Leave in a safe place if you are not home, if there is no safe place the delivery will be taken to the nearest Post Office and a collection card left for you.
What to do if your Gift Box hasn't arrived?
In the event that your Gift Box has not arrived within 3 working days after dispatch, we kindly ask that you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 0467 601 897 so we can make an enquiry on your behalf and rectify any issues with Australia Post that may have occurred. Whilst we do our absolute best to ensure smooth delivery it is out of our hands but we will move mountains to assist all our customers. We can not provide a refund for parcels that take longer to arrive, however if after 10 working days a parcel is still missing we will resend a new gift.
*** If your hamper arrives damaged by transit please ensure you take ample photos showing all damage and email evidence to email@example.com within 24 hours and present the gift box at your local post office for verification and insurance requirements.
Delivering To Hospitals & Facilities
You can request postage to a hospital or clinic and we will need the following information

Please note when choosing to deliver to a facility that the time could take a day or 2 longer waiting for their mail room, so please ensure your loved one won't be discharged prior to delivery and if you are unsure, we strongly suggest getting it delivered to the home address of a friend, relative to ensure a speedier and an easier delivery process for you.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.
