Due to COVID-19 Australia Post is experiencing some delays on deliveries, however we can say that to date, that we have not had any deliveries not meet their normal delivery times. We ask however for your patience and understanding through these trying times that are out of our control.
We partner with Australia Post ONLY for all our deliveries to ensure fast, efficient and careful handling of our Gift Boxes.
As we understand time is of the essence when purchasing one of our Gift Boxes all orders are shipped express post FREE
All our Gift Boxes are pre-packed and dispatched accordingly however if there is any changes required by you this may affect the dispatch time. When ordering our Gift Boxes you are giving Authority To Leave in a safe place if you are not home, if there is no safe place the delivery will be taken to the nearest Post Office and a collection card left for you.
You can request postage to a hospital or clinic and we will need the following information
Patient’s Name | Facility | Facility Address | Ward | Bed Number
Please note when choosing to deliver to a facility that the time could take a day or 2 longer waiting for their mail room, so if time is of the essence, we suggest getting it delivered to the home address of a friend, relative to ensure a speedier and easier process for you.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.
What to do if your Gift Box hasn't arrived?
In the event that your Gift Box has not arrived within 2 working days of dispatch we kindly ask that you email us firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make an enquiry on your behalf and rectify any issues with Australia Post that may have occurred. Whilst we do our absolute best to ensure smooth delivery it is out of our hands but we will move mountains to assist all our customers.
